Discover Your Child's Interests and Talents
You can help your child find his meaningful engagement by helping him discover his interests and talents.
To help you get started, here are two areas you can reflect on:
- 🧠Interests
Identify the things or activities that your child is interested in. For example, he loves learning about the public transport system in Singapore. He knows all the bus and train routes by heart. He enjoys taking a ride on the train during his rest days. - 🌟 Talents
Identify the things or activities that your child is good at, and those that others also recognise as his strengths. Look at what he has done since his “younger” days. You may call this his talents.  Examples: drawing cartoons, karaoke singing, reading, swimming, baking bread from scratch, and drama (as in acting).
